P2 CHILI
6-8 ounces tomatoes chopped
3.5 ounces of ground round
chili powder
chopped onions (may substitute onion powder)
chopped garlic cloves (may substitute garlic powder)
salt, pepper, Cayenne
Place meat in skillet and brown. Add other ingredients. Bring to boil. Turn down heat, cover pan and let cook.
(NOTE: Depends on how many calories you are working with as to whether you use onions/garlic or the onion powder/ garlic powder. Also depends on calories and/or taste as to how many tomatos you use.)
