P2 Garlic Shrimp

Garlic Shrimp
1 serving
• 4 oz. shrimp (peeled and deveined)
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup HCG chicken broth
• pinch of black pepper and sea salt
• 1/2 tsp. parsley
• 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
• 1/8 tsp. crushed dried red pepper
• 1 bay leaf
Directions:
Heat a non-stick pan over MED heat. Mix ¼ cup broth with crushed red pepper, minced garlic, and bay leaf. Add to pan. Cook for one minute. Add shrimp and cook for 4 minutes. Remove shrimp from the pan. Add the remainder of the 1/4 cup broth, parsley and thyme. Bring to a boil. Cook for 1-2 minutes until reduced by half. Return shrimp to pan and toss to coat. Discard bay leaf and serve!
