1/2 cup MCT oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 packet stevia
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Store in a covered cruet. Shake it up again just before serving.
Replace the dry mustard with a sf italian seasoning blend for an italian dressing. Yum!
